LIFF’S OBJECTIVE/GOAL
Our goal at LIFF is to create an exciting, professional and prestigious event that operates as a platform for U.S. and International filmmakers to showcase their films, network with fellow filmmakers and enjoy the casinos and attractions of Laughlin, Nevada. LIFF will offer the residents of Laughlin and Bullhead City, AZ the opportunity to experience cinema from a wide range of genres and subjects, including a "LIFF Picks" showcase screening non-competitive films selected by the Festival Committee. Films will be screened on 3 screens in state-of-the-art movie theaters in the heart of Laughlin over four days, in conjunction with networking social events, film workshops & panels. The festival will be kicked off Thursday night with an opening night reception GALA followed by Red Carpet arrivals, opening night Film Screening with filmmaker Q&A followed by a sponsored afterparty. Social events include: the Friday Night LIFF Halloween Party & Cosmic Bowling Party, Saturday Filmmaker Workshops, Awards Ceremony & Afterparty and Sunday Breakfast & Filmmaker Panel, not to mention Screenings all Four days.
LIFF’s primary focus is to attract passionate filmmakers and quality films from all around the world to participate in our annual film festival competition. We aim to provide the Laughlin community with not only great films, but also with memorable experiences with filmmakers from out of town. LIFF will offer film workshops and panels conducted by filmmakers currently working in the industry. The Laughlin International Film Festival is a production of:

The Laughlin International Film Festival supports the local Boys and Girls Club of the Colorado River and Kevyn Major Howard's "Fueled by the Fallen" Memorial Organization. To further encourage young future filmmakers, LIFF is also works closely with the local City of Bullhead's Accelerated Learning Center and also supports the Spring Youth Film Festival.
